RAC Breakdown
When you join the RAC Breakdown Service your membership covers you as a
driver or passenger in any vehicle not just your own, you are covered 24 hours a
day 365 days a year!.
Join online and you could save £5 off your applications and you could also earn
a No call out discount for future years.
Roadside assistance anywhere in the UK 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing
you are at least a quarter of a mile from home. If we can't fix your car at the
roadside within a reasonable time, then we'll give you a tow to a nearby garage
within a 10-mile radius.
If the RAC can't fix your vehicle locally, they can provide Recovery for up to 8
people to any mainland destination.
You could get 10% off your annual renewal fee for each year that you don't call
the RAC out, building up to a maximum of 50%.
In the unlikely event that the RAC cannot fix your vehicle at the roadside, the
RAC can now offer an alternative of a tow to an RAC approved network of garages
to carry out repairs (where available).
